Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - MedSurg Oncology FT Nights

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based clinical care.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, communicate with patients and families, and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote a qualified workforce, participate in research and quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience with direct patient care preferred.
• Must hold active RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively.
