Key Responsibilities
- Patient triage and assessment to determine urgency and appropriate care
- Responding to patient inquiries about medications, treatments, and healthcare topics
- Care coordination by guiding patients to resources, communicating with providers, and educating on medication and side effects
- Ensuring efficient communication with team members to maintain quality and consistency
- Achieving first-call resolution to address patient concerns promptly and build trust
- Documenting health information accurately in the electronic medical record system
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active RN license in WA/OR, with dual licensure within 120 days
- Preferred outpatient or clinical RN experience
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Knowledge of EPIC EMR system
