About the role
Provide compassionate patient care primarily over the phone in a fast-paced environment as a Service Center Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Assess urgency and respond to healthcare questions
- Perform triage and guide care coordination
- Aim for first-call resolution to ensure patient needs are met promptly and effectively
- Coordinate referrals and document in the EPIC EMR system
- Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, quality care
Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active RN license in WA/OR (or dual licensure within 120 days)
- Prior outpatient or clinical RN experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills are advantageous
- Preferred additional certifications such as ACLS/PALS
- BCLS training required within 90 days
