Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive patient care
- Discussing chief complaints
- Obtaining vital signs
- Completing health histories
- Documenting in the EMR system
- Conducting phone triage
- Assisting with diagnostic procedures
- Educating patients on medications
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop care plans and coordinate referrals
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Oregon RN license
- Dual licensure in Washington and Oregon within 120 days
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS & PALS preferred

- Proficiency in nursing concepts
- Medication effects

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Training in pediatric and women's health exams
