Key Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments, vital signs, health histories, and documentation in the EMR system.
- S supporting providers during diagnostic procedures, treatments, and patient education.
- Collaborating with care teams to develop and implement care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure efficient patient flow.
- Maintaining clinical quality and safety standards in compliance with industry requirements.
Qualifications
- A degree or higher in Nursing.
- An active RN license in Oregon with dual licensure in Washington/Oregon within 120 days.
- One year of outpatient or clinical RN experience preferred.
- CPR certification within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
