Responsibilities
- Provide assessments, vital signs, health histories, phone triage, and documentation
- Support providers with procedures, medication, and patient education
- Collaborate on care plans and referrals, ensuring patient flow and safety
- Maintain quality standards per accrediting bodies
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- WA RN license required; dual licensure within 120 days
- 1+ year outpatient or clinical RN experience preferred
- BLS within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Spanish proficiency preferred
