Registered Nurse - Relief - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Performing assessments, vital signs, health histories, and documenting in the EMR system (EPIC).
• Serving as a support to providers during diagnostic procedures, treatments, IV starts, medication administration, and patient education.
• Collaborating with care teams to develop and implement care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintaining clinical quality and safety standards per regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Active RN license in Oregon and dual licensure in Washington/Oregon within 120 days.
• Preferred: 1+ year outpatient or clinical RN experience, BCLS certification, ACLS/PALS, and Spanish proficiency.
