About the role
Provide comprehensive patient care, including conducting health assessments, obtaining vital signs, documenting in EMR, and assisting with diagnostic procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and obtain vital signs
- Document in EMR system
- Assist with diagnostic procedures
- Perform phone triage
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans
- Coordinate follow-up care and referrals
- Education on medications and treatments
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing or current RN license
- Dual licensure in WA & OR required within 120 days
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS & PALS preferred
Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proficient in nursing procedures, medication knowledge, communication, and multitasking
- Experience with EMR systems and basic computer skills
