About the role
Provide comprehensive patient care in a community health setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients, record vital signs, health histories, and document in EPIC system.
- Support providers during diagnostic procedures, administer medications, start IVs, and educate patients.
- Collaborate with care teams to develop care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure efficient patient flow.
- Maintain clinical quality and safety standards in compliance with relevant accreditation bodies.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing and active RN license.
- Preferred 1 year outpatient or clinical RN experience.
- Dual licensure in Oregon and Washington within 120 days, with requirements for NLC states and licensure updates.
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred.

- Ability to support diverse patient needs and work effectively in a community-focused environment.
