Registered Nurse Relief - Part Time

About the role

Provide comprehensive patient care in a community health setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, record vital signs, health histories, and document in EPIC system.
• Support providers during diagnostic procedures, administer medications, start IVs, and educate patients.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Maintain clinical quality and safety standards in compliance with relevant accreditation bodies.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing and active RN license.
• Preferred 1 year outpatient or clinical RN experience.
• Dual licensure in Oregon and Washington within 120 days, with requirements for NLC states and licensure updates.
• BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred.
