About the role
We seek a compassionate RN with excellent phone-based patient care skills to handle inquiries, triage, care coordination, and first-call resolution. As a key contact, you’ll assess patient needs, answer questions, direct care, and document in EPIC EMR. Collaborating with a team, you’ll ensure timely, empathetic support, aiming to resolve issues during the initial call.

Requirements
- RN licensure in WA/OR
- Outpatient experience
