Registered Nurse - Relief - Part Time

About the role

Provide comprehensive outpatient care in a community-focused health center.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, vital signs, health histories, and phone triage
• Document in the EMR system
• Support providers during diagnostic procedures
• Administer medications
• Educate patients
• Collaborate with care teams to develop care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure smooth patient flow
• Uphold clinical quality and safety standards aligned with industry requirements

Requirements

• An Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
• Active WA RN license
• Dual licensure in WA/Oregon within 120 days

Qualifications

• 1 year in outpatient or clinical settings preferred
• BCLS certification within 90 days
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
• Additional certifications like ACLS and PALS advantageous

Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
