Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation and Health Center

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care following physician’s orders, regulations, and facility policies.
• Administer medications via various routes as prescribed.
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants and orderlies.
• Assist physicians during rounds, physical exams, and treatments.
• Perform scheduled treatments, maintain infection control, and document appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, infection prevention, and safety standards.
• Support research related to nursing care quality.
• Manage records, assessments, admissions, and coordinate patient physicals.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse from an accredited school.
• Valid North Carolina nursing license; renewal proof required.
• CPR certification required annually.
• Ability to provide compassionate, high-quality care with attention to detail.
• Strong supervisory, decision-making, and interpersonal skills, including patience and tact.
• Dependable, flexible, and able to collaborate effectively with staff and patients.
