Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation Center

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care by following physician orders, regulations, and facility policies
• Administer medications (oral, SQ, IM, IV) as prescribed
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants and orderlies
• Assist physicians during rounds, physical exams, and treatments
• Perform treatments, document care, and maintain infection control standards
• Support record-keeping, assessments, and scheduling for patients

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with a valid North Carolina RN license
• Current CPR certification, with willingness to attend in-service training
• Ability to supervise staff, make informed decisions, and work collaboratively
• Dependable, flexible, and compassionate with patients, families, and staff
• Interest in geriatric nursing and adherence to safety and infection control protocols
