About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Rehabilitation Unit to provide direct patient care using the nursing process, including medication administration, clinical treatments, and patient education. The role requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in stressful environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care
• Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care tailored to patients' age and cultural needs
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in Kentucky (KY)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
