Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Inpatient Rehab on weekend night shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon). This role offers an opportunity to deliver compassionate, high-quality inpatient rehab care as part of a dedicated team committed to community health.

Responsibilities

• Performing care interventions such as medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Documenting patient care and monitoring patient conditions.
• Assisting with activities of daily living and providing patient/family education.
• Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate care, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Advocating for patient well-being and ensuring quality of care.
• Using clinical expertise to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina (or compact license).
• Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a stressful environment.
• One year of RN experience is preferred.
