Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate patient assessments and identify needs
- Initiate appropriate nursing interventions based on patient condition
- Deliver age and condition-specific care
- Document medical necessity and update the Interdisciplinary Care Plan
- Conduct timely Quality Improvement assessments
Qualifications & Skills
- Current state RN license
- Basic Life Support certification (within 14 days of hire)
- ACLS and PALS certifications (within six months)
- PREFERRED: Minimum of one year of experience
