Registered Nurse - Healthcare & Rehab Center

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a healthcare and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow physician’s orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies to ensure optimal patient care.
• Administer medications via oral, subcutaneous, intramuscular, or intravenous routes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and orderlies, providing guidance and oversight.
• Assist physicians during rounds, physical exams, and treatments.
• Perform scheduled treatments, maintain infection control, and document appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, infection control, and safety standards.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and manage records for admissions and physicals.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and a valid North Carolina nursing license.
• Current CPR certification and commitment to ongoing training.
• Ability to supervise staff, work well with multidisciplinary teams, and demonstrate patience and tact.
• Sound decision-making skills, with understanding of the serious implications of errors.
