Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PRN)

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in complex assessment and intervention settings, following organizational policies and protocols. Key Responsibilities Include Gathering comprehensive patient data from patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop holistic care plans.Analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses and care needs.Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve optimal outcomes.Developing and implementing individualized care plans using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices.Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, ensuring safety and quality of care.Communicating effectively across all practice areas and contributing to professional development.Applying current scientific knowledge and evidence-based protocols tailored to patient age and clinical needs. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.Valid RN license in the respective state.Additional certifications such as BLS, ALS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, or TNCC depending on location.Physical ability to perform nursing duties, including standing, lifting, and communicating effectively.
