Registered Nurse - PRN

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a 5-star, CMS-rated facility located near the Denver Metro Area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Assess patient needs through ongoing evaluations and update care plans accordingly.
• Provide clinical supervision to C.N.A.s and LPNs.
• Implement departmental policies, programs, and procedures.
• Ensure excellent customer service and positive patient interactions.
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience.
• CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation).
• Strong communication, reasoning, and judgment skills.
• Ability to work positively within a team environment.
