- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver personalized nursing care to residents.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Provide care across all phases, including preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinate resident assessments, education, and nursing interventions.
- Serve as charge nurse when needed, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe and effective resident care.
- Practice within the scope of nursing standards and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a reputable nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure if applicable.
- Maintaining required competencies and certifications.
