Registered Nurse Program Manager

About the Role

This position involves directing clinical programs to ensure the delivery of quality services for patients and the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to promote quality patient care.
• Monitor and track patient outcomes using advanced techniques.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review program deliverables.
• Interpret nursing service policies and objectives to staff and community groups.
• Create home care plans, schedules, resource estimates, and budgets.
• Conduct meetings to manage and coordinate home care activities effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare management experience.
• Current Texas RN license required.

Schedule

Full-time role, working five days per week, eight hours daily.
