Registered Nurse Manager
Responsibilities
- Hiring, training and supervising a team of 10 human services professionals
- Quality oversight of incident management, grievance review and complaint resolution activities
- Ensuring the efficient and effective processing of a high volume of cases
- Providing clinical leadership
- Consulting on complex cases
- Data analysis and reporting
- Supporting the program’s Director with various leadership activities
Requirements
- You will work primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours
- This is a remote position which will allow you to work from your home and will occasionally require you to travel throughout Maine
- You will be compensated $90,000 per year

Qualifications
- Licensure in Maine as a Registered Nurse
- Residency in the State of Maine
- 5 or more years of nursing leadership experience
- You should be well versed in quality management / quality improvement, performance improvement, critical incident management, inter-rater reliability, Medicaid Home and Community Based Services, and person-centered care of older adults and people who are living with disabilities
About the Role
Liberty Healthcare is a certified Quality Improvement Organization-like entity that is committed to serving people of diverse backgrounds and abilities. The Quality Manager role is part of a new statewide initiative to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a large-scale critical incident, grievance, and complaint management system for Home and Community-Based Services provided to older adults, vulnerable individuals, and people living with disabilities.
