Registered Nurse Program Coordinator - Orthopedic Surgery

Responsibilities

• Lead coordinated, patient-centered orthopedic surgical care across the continuum.
• Manage ortho surgery programs and streamline care pathways.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, rehab, and ancillary teams to enhance quality, safety, and patient experience.
• Guide patients and families through pre- and post-operative care.
• Monitor outcomes and support process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse licensure.
• Experience in orthopedic surgical settings preferred.
