Role: Registered Nurse Program Coordinator – Ortho Surgery Responsibilities Lead and coordinate patient-centered orthopedic surgical care across the continuum.Manage ortho surgery programs and streamline care pathways.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, rehab, and ancillary teams to enhance quality, safety, and patient experience.Guide patients and families through pre- and post-operative care.Monitor outcomes and support process improvements.Promote a mission-driven, team-based culture emphasizing compassion, innovation, and community health.
