About the Role
The RN Program Coordinator provides clinical expertise, consultation, education, and research within their specialty area, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting evidence-based patient care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate care across the continuum
- Develop and review clinical protocols
- Monitor care quality and lead process improvements
- Evaluate program effectiveness
- May oversee personnel
- Assist in strategic and budget planning
- Serve as a liaison for stakeholders
Requirements
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- BSN (with a pathway to obtain within four years)
- Expertise in disease-specific care
- Experience with quality management
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Experience in educational program development
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in orthopedic or neuro surgery
- Experience in RN coordinator or Charge RN roles
Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to see and read
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manipulate equipment
- If applicable, ability to drive
Location
Based at a hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Pay
$45.31 - $67.01 per hour, depending on experience.
