About the Role
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, ensuring understanding of information.
- Administer medications and IV therapies accurately and timely.
- Support patient and family education about health and treatment plans.
- Adhere to hospital standards, promote teamwork, and foster a cooperative work environment.
- Take responsibility for professional growth and development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility.
- At least six months of RN experience.
