About the Role

A registered nurse providing professional and technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to hospital standards.
• Foster a cooperative work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
• Educate patients and families.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Accurately document patient information.
• Administer medications and IVs safely and timely.
• Take responsibility for professional growth.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed to support patient care and unit operations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Valid nursing license or eligibility in Texas.
• At least six months of RN experience.
