About the role

Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and patient-centered principles.

Responsibilities

• Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients
• Develop and implement individualized care and treatment plans
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care
• Conduct purposeful hourly rounds to enhance safety and communication

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Current Nevada RN license
• BLS certification
• Experience in acute care (preferred)
• Additional certifications such as NRP and STABLE (preferred)
