Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities within established standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, medication administration, and post-treatment needs. Key Responsibilities Promote a healing environment and ensure safety, quality, and compliance through active participation in professional development.Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring clear communication across care continuum.Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN).Experience: No prior experience required; two years preferred.Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
