Role Overview

Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring adherence to nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ensures communication of care plans across the continuum of care.
• Affirms physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.
• Participates in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Engages in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Education: Nursing diploma or associate degree in nursing.
• Licensure: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No prior experience required; preferred candidates have less than 2 years or a bachelor's degree in nursing.
