Postpartum RN (Full-Time) (Nights)

About the role

The position involves providing direct patient care as an RN in a full-time night shift role, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educate patients and families on managing their illness, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and cultural factors.
• Maintain safety standards and work alertly in a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN license. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience. No supervisory experience required.
