Postpartum RN - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview This position requires providing direct patient care as a registered nurse in a full-time, night-shift role. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.Participate in activities promoting safety, quality, and compliance, alongside ongoing professional development.Develop, implement, and document personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, cultural, and spiritual considerations.Maintain a safety-conscious approach, working alertly in a safety-sensitive environment. Qualifications And Skills Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing; a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience are preferred.Active RN license required.Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
