Registered Nurse - Post Surgical Unit - Nights

Position: Registered Nurse - Post Surgical Unit - Nights Responsibilities Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinate and implement patient care plans to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members in person, by phone, and in writing.Individualize patient and family education based on thorough assessments to meet learning needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications And Skills Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
