Registered Nurse - Post Surgical Unit - Nights

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, gather health data, and collaborate with families and healthcare providers.
• Coordinate and implement patient care plans ensuring safety, timeliness, and appropriateness.
• Communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.
• Provide individualized education to patients and families based on thorough assessments.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school.
• Current nursing license in the state.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
