Registered Nurse - Post Surgical Unit - Nights

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Coordinate and implement individualized care plans ensuring safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members in person, via phone, and in writing.
• Provide tailored patient and family education based on thorough assessments.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current nursing license in Illinois.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
