Responsibilities
- Independently deliver patient care
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Supervise unlicensed personnel
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes and safety
Requirements
- Current IL RN license
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certification
- At least two years of recent acute care experience in labor and delivery and postpartum settings
Schedule
Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays across multiple hospital locations, with varying hours based on per diem levels.
