Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and gather health data in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Coordinate and individualize patient care plans to ensure safe, timely, and effective interventions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively across various platforms.
• Provide patient and family education tailored to their learning needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
• Maintain current professional knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Illinois nursing license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Pay

$36.00 - $55.80/hour based on experience.

Schedule

7pm - 7:30am, weekends as needed.
