Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Night Shift

Role: Per Diem Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery and postpartum care. Responsibilities Include Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for labor, delivery, and postpartum patients.Applying the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.Leading and guiding unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.Contributing to safety outcomes and enhancing patient experience quality. Qualifications & Skills Current nursing license in the state of Illinois.Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (AHA) required.Minimum of two years of recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery and postpartum units.Experience in Labor and Delivery and postpartum care is essential.
