Role & Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive patient assessments.
- Collaborates on care plans ensuring safe and timely interventions.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Individualizes patient education based on assessments.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
- Maintains current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited program.
- Current Illinois nursing licensure.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
