Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Intermediate Care Unit - Nights

About the Role

This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Intermediate Care Unit, working nights with a focus on patient assessment, care coordination, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Coordinate and ensure safe, timely, and appropriate patient care plans.
• Provide individualized patient and family education based on assessment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain current nursing knowledge.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Active nursing license in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Must attend initial nursing orientation.

Schedule
