Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Intermediate Care Unit - Nights

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, gather health data, and coordinate individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Provide patient and family education tailored to specific needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited institution.
• Current Illinois nursing license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Key Duties & Requirements

• Work night shifts with rotating holidays, providing safe, timely patient care.
• Attend nursing orientation at the start of employment.
• Engage in professional development and adhere to current nursing practices.
