Role: Registered Nurse - Cardiac Renal Unit (Nights) Responsibilities: Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.Coordinate and implement individualized care plans ensuring safe, timely, and effective interventions.Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues in person, over the phone, and in writing.Provide tailored patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Key Duties: Provide compassionate patient care during night shifts, including weekends.Ensure effective communication and care coordination within the healthcare team.Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement efforts.
