Registered Nurse - Cardiac Renal Unit - Per Diem - Night

Role: Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Renal Unit, responsible for patient assessment, care coordination, and education. Key Duties Include Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and gathering health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Developing and coordinating individualized care plans to ensure safe, effective, and timely interventions.Communicating clearly with patients, families, and team members in person, via phone, and in writing.Providing tailored patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participating in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintaining current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications And Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.Current nursing licensure in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
