Registered Nurse - Cardiac Renal Unit - Per Diem - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Renal Unit Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.Coordinate and implement patient care plans ensuring interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues in person, by phone, and in writing.Provide individualized patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications And Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current nursing license in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Key Duties Providing comprehensive patient care in a specialized unit.Ensuring effective communication and education for patients and families.Engaging in continuous professional development and quality improvement efforts.
