Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Cardiac Renal Unit - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Cookordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members in various formats.
• Individualize patient and family education based on assessments to meet learning needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Illinois nursing license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
