About the role
We are looking to add a Registered Nurse (RN) to our Pre-Op and Post-Op unit at Wolfson Surgery Center. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity in a fast-paced peri-operative unit specializing in PreOp and Phase 2 recovery. No major holidays, weekends, or call required.
Responsibilities
- Assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, supervision of care provided by supportive personnel, and coordination of care provided by ancillary services
- Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care
- Coordination and preparation of assigned room/case, assessment of patient care needs, and anticipation of needs of the case
Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
- Active Licensed Registered Nurse (Required)
- 2-4 years of experience in Pediatric Perianesthesia, Emergency Department, ICU, or Surgical Services
