Job Summary
Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse (RN) to their Pre-Op and Post-Op unit at Wolfson Surgery Center. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care provided by ancillary services
- Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care
- Cordination and preparation of assigned room/case, assessment of patient care needs and the anticipation of needs of the case
- This is a fast-paced peri-operative unit, specializing in PreOp and Phase 2 recovery
- No major holidays, no weekends, and no call required
Requirements
- 2-4 years Emergency Department, ICU, Surgical Services Experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
