About the role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) specialized in Pediatrics for a perioperative (OR) role in a pediatric acute care hospital.
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients during surgery
- Performing assessments and interventions to ensure patient safety
- Assisting physicians
- Maintaining continuity of care between the operating room and patient care units
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years OR (Peds) nursing experience
- Ohio RN license
- BSN degree or ongoing
- American Heart Association certification, including BLS and ACLS
- CNOR certification and pediatric or reconstructive surgery experience highly preferred
- PALS certification highly preferred
