About the role
Providing comprehensive nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a focus on pediatric patients requiring G-tube or NG tube management.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Make clinical judgments and document care plans and interventions
- Assess physiological and psychosocial changes, analyze data, and adjust care plans accordingly
- Perform prioritized interventions and evaluate patient responses
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements
- Valid LPN or RN license
- Current PPD or Chest X-ray
- BLS certification
- Prefer one year of LPN experience
