Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes
- Monitor and respond to patient condition changes
- Administer treatments and medications accurately
- Collaborate with families and care teams
- Educate patients confidently on health management
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred 1+ year experience
